RMCA realtime软件帮助里的内容,E文的太吃力,还是不懂
How to。。。
... start
One of the best ways to start is to select "File/Open ..." from the main menu, load the demo arrangements "demo1.rca" and "demo2.rca" and play them, selecting "File/Play" or using the > button in the middle of the main window. Now you should open different styles ("Style/Open ..." or via the Style-Manager) and listen to the various music directions, using the same song (chord sequence, e.g.: demo2.rca). This will give you a feeling about that, what's possible with the software.
... work with styles
A style contains in general 8 style parts: Intro, Basic, Extended, Ending, Fill in Basic, Fill in Extended, To Extended (bridge) and To Basic (bridge). Playing starts with the Intro, followed by the basic part. "To Extended" is a bridge which leads to the extended part, "To Basic" is a bridge which leads back to the basic part. "Fill in" is a part which returns to the main part (Basic, Extended) automatically. However, some styles may contain instead of Fills so called "Variations". A variation does not return to the main part but is repeated endlessly until "Fill in" (or another style part) is activated again.
... work with different quantisations
RMCA Pro quantizes your input - see: Global Settings -Quantize. Normally chords can be changed at each 1/4 measure. However, if you select: 1/8, the software reacts at each 1/8 measure on chord changes. To change quickly between 1/4 and 1/8 quantisation, select from the main menu: Commands - Tap Tempo.
... open an arrangement
Select "File/Open" from the main menu or use the corresponding button in the middle of the arranger window. If "Memo - Auto pop-up" is checked (default) the memo window appears and presents the title, the copyright notice and other informations about the selected arrangement.
... save an arrangement
Select "File/Save as" from the main menu or use the corresponding button in the middle of the arranger window. If "Memo - Auto pop-up" is checked (default) the memo window appears and you may enter a title and a copyright notice which will be saved with your song.
... record a song
As soon as a style is loaded you may record a chord sequence in realtime. Select from the main menu "File/Record" or use the corresponding button in the middle of the same window and press any key to start with the record.
... play a song
Select "File/Open" from the main menu or use the corresponding button in the middle of the arranger window to open an arrangement (and the suitable style). Now, simply press the start button or select from the main menu "File/Play".
... record a melody
There are two ways to record a melody. If you have already recorded a chord sequence, simply press the play button or select "File/Play", listen to the music and add the solo part. Otherwise, you at first have to press the "RM" button in the middle of the arranger window or select from the main menu "Melody/Record" and then you must press the record button or select "File/Record" from the main menu.
... open a style
Select "Style/Open" from the main menu or use the Style-Manager.
... save a style
Select "Style/Save as" from the main menu or use the corresponding button of the Style-Creator window.
... enter chords
The easiest way to use RMCA Pro without an external MIDI keyboard is, using it via computer keyboard commands. The keys ... z,s,x,c,f,v,g,b,n,j,m,k ... represents the chords ... A, Bb, B, C, C#, D, Eb, E, F, F#, G, Ab ... Shift creates minor chords and Ctrl creates 7th chords. The keys 1 - 0 create upt to 10 chord types. The keys F1 - F4 change style parts and F10 stops playing. Other keys can be used for melodies. See Computer keyboard.
... use an external MIDI keyboard
Simply connect the MIDI-out-port of your keyboard with the MIDI-in-port of your computer sound card, select "Windows/Keyboard" from the main menu and the type of your keyboard with the help of the MIDI keyboard selector.
... use the Minus-One/Replace-One function
If you would like to use the Minus-One feature or the Replace-One feature, you at first have to select the corresponding MIDI channel at the Solo-Mute window. Example: if you want to enhance the bass which uses channel 2 you must select this channel as the active one.
... use different styles with a chordstream
If you have recorded or opened a chord sequence, you can use different styles and tempi. Simply use the Style-Manager to open styles. The options "Options/Style & Intro/Intro Detection" and "Options/Style ?Intro/Tempo Detection" should be activated (default).
... add tracks to a MIDI file
Select "File/Import MIDI" to open a MIDI file. Then select "File/Record" or "Melody/Record" to record a track. At last select "File/Add track ..." to add the track to the current file.
... equip a MIDI file with chords
At first open the Style-Creator and press the "Import MIDI" button to open a file. Then press the "Generate Chords" button and check the created chords, using the Editor. If all sounds right select "Options/Send Chord Codes" from the main menu and at last select "File/Export MIDI" to save your work.
... get chords from a prepared MIDI file
Select "Options/Receive Chord Codes" and then "File/Import MIDI" or Player - Import MIDI or Songlist to open a MIDI file. Now start playing, using the Ad Lib-function (Keyboard/Melody Ad Lib). That's all.
Try it with the demo material. Within the file directory "...\RMCA\SONGS" you will find two MIDI files "meandbob.mid" and "livinonl.mid" which are both equipped with chord codes. Open it and jam to the music, using ONLY keys of the C-major scale. The original keys and the chords of the songs aren't of interest!
... change the range of the spin-edit controls
If you would like to change the range of the spin-edit controls (e.g. tempo) you can do so, using the right mouse button. The range changes from 1 step to 10 steps and back.
