主办：中国音乐家协会电子键盘学会 吟飞艺术中心

“吟飞电子管风琴创编作品大赛”是为推动电子管风琴事业发展而创立的一项评选优秀作品、激发创作热情、推动专业发展和普及音乐教育的赛事。旨在通过比赛创造一个良好的学术交流平台，使参与者增进交流、提高水平，以促进电子管风琴事业健康、快速的发展。


比赛奖项：
比赛分为“创作奖”、“编曲奖”及“改编奖”三大项进行评选。


创作奖：
不限任何风格的原创电子管风琴独奏作品。


编曲奖：
针对已有的民谣、歌曲、器乐曲、旋律及主题等，重新创造和设计音乐风格、曲式、和声、织体及配器等，使之成为全新的、有独立特点的电子管风琴独奏作品。


改编奖：
媒体音乐——针对已有的电影、电视剧、音乐剧、动漫及游戏等音乐作品进行改编，以忠实于原作为基础，改编后在音乐风格、曲式、和声、织体及配器等方面与原曲高度统一的电子管风琴独奏作品。

流行音乐——针对已有的流行音乐作品进行改编，以忠实于原作为基础，改编后在音乐风格、曲式、和声、织体及配器等方面与原曲高度统一的电子管风琴独奏作品。


比赛评选：
为体现比赛的公平性，评选过程将对作品以匿名方式进行评审。评委会将由国内外音乐家、作曲家及相关专家组成。评委会的评选结果为不可更改的最终决定。


比赛奖品：

创作奖：
一等奖1名；MacBook Air笔记本电脑一台，及获奖证书。
二等奖2名；iPhone手机一部，及获奖证书。
三等奖3名；iPad平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。
优秀奖若干；Sony或Samsung平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。

编曲奖：
一等奖1名；iPhone手机一部，及获奖证书。
二等奖2名；iPad平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。
三等奖3名；Sony或Samsung平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。
优秀奖若干；iPod touch一部，及获奖证书。

改编奖：
一等奖5名；iPad平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。
二等奖10名；Sony或Samsung平板电脑一部，及获奖证书。
三等奖15名；iPod touch一部，及获奖证书。
优秀奖若干；iPod nano一部，及获奖证书。

比赛说明：
本次比赛指定用琴：RS400，RS700，RS1000。
本次比赛参赛作品仅限独奏作品，长度10分钟之内。
参赛者年龄不限。
参赛者报名时需提交参赛作品的演奏视频及乐谱。
参赛作品不限定由创编者本人演奏。

参赛者如有多首作品参赛并获奖，仅限排名最高的一首获得等级奖项，其他获奖作品均列为优秀奖。
获得本届一、二、三等奖的作品，不得重复参赛。

本比赛为作品比赛，鼓励充分运用乐器的所有功能，允许使用乐器中音频及Midi的采样、录制及播放功能。当然，强烈建议参赛者“充分重视独奏的演奏特征，着重合理的编写演奏声部，使个人演奏与播放伴奏形成良好的结合，从而提升作品的整体表现力与现场演奏效果”，评委亦会据此评判。

原创作品评选过程中如发现有明显的抄袭行为，一经评委会与组委会确认，将立即取消该作品的参赛及获奖资格。

编曲及改编类参赛作品必须准确注明作品的原作者。
比赛组委会对参赛作品拥有以学术资料的形式进行收集、发放以及非商业用途使用的权利，包括以宣传大赛为目的的合理使用。

比赛获奖作品将有机会在主办方组织的音乐会中进行公演，并有机会加入主办方投资的乐谱及CD、DVD等音乐出版物。

选手需认真阅读本章程以了解所有内容。参赛即被认为是已经完全同意本章程的内容并愿意遵守参赛规则。参赛条款的最终解释权归比赛主办方所有。

2013 Ringway E-Organ Works Competition

The Ringway E-Organ Works Competition is a competition founded for promoting the development of E-Organ, which selects excellent works to arouse the creative passion and push forward specialty development and the popularization of musical education. The competition will create a good platform for academic exchange so that participants can enhance communication and improve themselves, which will also drive the rapid and healthy development of E-Organ.

Competition Awards:
The selection of the competition will be conducted on the basis of 3 awards: Composition Award, Arrangement Award and Transcription Award.

Composition Award:
All the original solo E-Organ work is accepted and no limitation on the work's style.

Arrangement Award:
Awarded to the contestants who recreate and design the musical style, musical form, harmony, texture, and orchestration on the basis of existing folk songs, instrumental music, melody and themes to create absolutely new solo E-Organ work with independent characteristic.

Transcription Award:
Media music---transcribing based on existing music in movies, TV plays, musical plays, cartoon and games, etc; the work will be similar with the original one on musical style, musical form, harmony, texture, and orchestration.

POP music---transcribing based on existing POP music; the work will be similar with the original one on musical style, musical form, harmony, texture, and orchestration。

Judging Rules:
To show the fairness, all the evaluation will be conducted anonymously. The jury consists of musicians, composers and other relevant experts.

First Award with 1 winner: one MacBook Air laptop and Certificate of Commendation.
Second Award with 2 winners: one iPhone and Certificate of Commendation.
Third Award with 3 winners: one iPad and Certificate of Commendation.

Arrangement Award:
First Award with 1 winner: one iPhone and Certificate of Commendation
Second Award with 2 winners: one iPad and Certificate of Commendation.

Transcription Award:
First Award with 5 winners: one iPad and Certificate of Commendation.
Second Award with 10 winners: one Sony or Samsung tablet pc and Certificate of Commendation.
Third Award with 15 winners: one iPod touch and Certificate of Commendation.
Merit Award with several: one iPod nano and Certificate of Commendation.
Competition Notice:
RS-400，RS-700，RS-1000 are designated instruments.
Entries are limited to solo E-Organ works within 10 mins.
There is no limit on the age of participants.
Participants have to submit performing videos and music scores of entries.
Entries are not mandatorily requested to perform in person.
If participants submit several works, only the best one will be selected as grade awards and others will all be given Merit Award.
The works selected as first, second and third awards in current competition cannot be submitted as entries in next competition.
The competition is a competition for musical works; thus, participants are encouraged to take full advantage of the function of instruments, such as taking sample of Audio and MIDI, recording and playing. Certainly, it is greatly proposed for participants to pay much attention to the performing features of solo and value reasonable composition of the part so as to reach the perfect combination of individual performance and accompaniment and improve the whole expressive force and performing effect of live music.
If obvious cribbing is found in the competition, participants will be disqualified once proved by the jury and organizing committee. The one having been awarded would also be disqualified and taken back the prize.
The entries from arrangement and transcription must be precisely marked with its derivation and origin.
The organizing committee has the right to collect, issue the entries or uses them in other non-commercial methods such as the reasonable use for propagandizing the competition.
The works awarded in the competition have the chance to be performed in the concert organized by the sponsor and could also be added to the musical publication invested by the sponsor such as music score, CD and DVD. Please carefully read the rules of the contest and get know about relevant details. Participating will be deemed to absolutely agree with all the contents of the rules and be willing to abide by the rules. The sponsor has the final right to interpret the contest rules.
